In the current implementation, in meetings, if you use a filter, a spinner is shown until the new content is loaded via Ajax. We have not implemented that in the redesign. You can check how it is working it in Meta Decidim.

I understand this is something controlled by the filters, so it is applied everywhere a filter is used, not only for meetings.

Review the current code and implementing the same way so we don't loose functionality.
