Currently we have an UI to filter processes per status, and scope+category (example):

In the new design, these filters (especially scope + categories) have been deprecated in favour of the ones in the sidebar, which overcome the usability problems. But we don't have a sidebar in process groups.
For usability and maintainability reasons we probably shouldn't reimplement this horizontal filters.
Some options:
1. Add a full sidebar in Process Groups so we have all the filters: this would produce a strange result, since currently you are only filtering the process list (a block, which may be active or not). In the future, will it make sense that this filter filters all the content being shown? It may, although if your first blocks are static ones (metadata, image) the interaction with the filters would not produce any apparent change.
2. Add a process list block with a sidebar: Add the sidebar only to the process list block. This is what I think makes more sense, but we have the problem that the filters will usually be much more taller than the actual content. We could neutralize this by collapsing all filters by default, or leaving open only the status one.
3. Remove filters altogether: for the volume of processes that this normally has I think mostly we could live without the scope+category, but the status one I think it makes sense to maintain (I know in Barcelona there are process groups with lots of content)
My vote is for 2.
What do you think @decidim/product ?
