Considering the current redesign process, I consider the accessibility related issues that came before 0.28 to be obsolete, as they won't be fixed any time soon.
I am opening this ticket to make sure all the unresolved accessibility issues are being referenced somewhere:

• Proposal and Budget sidebars have too many primary buttons
• Explanation on proposals filter sidebar
• Active button style interferes with the rest of the design
• "New tab" icons
• Inconsistent styling
• Review focus navigation
• Tab index order is illogical on some pages
• Content that look like a link (and it isn't)
• Proposal sidebar does not work consistent with keyboard
• Content with different language on same page
• Define autocomplete attribute for HTML inputs always when possible
• Illogical order for heading tags (H1-H6 elements)
• Consistency on Category label / form
• Bad alignment of author name on Proposals card during comparing phase
• Toggle UI elements are not correctly highlighted when active
