Describe the bug
In the organization admin settings, the "Enable rich text editor for participants" is unchecked, yet, when trying to create an initiative, the WYSIWYG is still being created.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Admin / Organization settings
- See the value of "Enable rich text editor for participants"
- Uncheck it if is Checked and Save
- Go to public website,
- Go to Initiatives an click on "New Initiative"
- See the WYSIWYG
Expected behavior
The WYSIWYG Should not be rendered in the frontend if the says is should not be.
