Base16 for Discord

NOTE: All files in themes directory are generated by tinted-builder-rust

1. Install a client mod, such as BetterDiscord
2. Download base16-*.theme.css
3. Go into settings, Themes, and drop the .theme.css file into the folder.
4. Go to the Appearance tab in settings and change the theme to Light or Dark, depending if your chosen theme is light or dark.

If you want to build the themes yourself:

1. Install tinted-builder-rust:

   cargo install tinted-builder-rust

2. Use the Makefile to build themes:

   make sync   # Sync/update base16 schemes
   make build  # Build all themes
   make all    # Sync and build
