While this letter is very nice in many ways it fails to regard one of the biggest issues with GitHub which is their Code of Conduct, or as some like to call them Code of Conflict. This Code of Conflict brings issues to the ecosystem that never existed in the first place and is outright sexist and racist towards many groups.
