docs: add comprehensive Claude Code (CLI) documentation
Adds complete guide for using qsv MCP server with Claude Code:
CLAUDE_CODE.md (new, 829 lines):
- Prerequisites and installation steps
- Configuration options and examples
- Terminal-based workflow patterns
- Scripting and automation examples
- SSH/remote server usage
- Comparison with Desktop Extension and Legacy MCP
- Troubleshooting specific to CLI usage
- Advanced topics: git integration, pipes, hooks
README.md:
- Added Claude Code as second installation option (CLI users)
- Updated descriptions to clarify GUI vs CLI preferences
- Changed "Both" to "All methods" to reflect three options
DESKTOP_EXTENSION.md:
