Goals:

• Enable loading and unloading of vector data from a defined string representation
  • "[1.0, 2.0, 3.0]" = vector of 3 dimensions
• Enable loading and unloading of vector data from a defined JSON representation
  • Same as above, just bundled into JSON
• Support vectors in ad-hoc "unload --query" syntax
