This has two general effects:
helpcommand will only list preview commands when the--preflag is specified, and--preis specified.This is the same system that Seq uses.
The PR marks the
forwardercommands as preview, so that when we have assembled the major pieces of it, we'll be able to bring the whole thing back todeva little sooner.
