In https://github.com/cedadev/jasmin-dask/blob/master/docker/k8s-adaptive.py there is an adaptive cluster system for Kubernetes, I believe jointly developed by @mkjpryor-stfc , @jacobtomlinson, and @niallrobinson . This was brought up in #1618 . I'm also interested in this so I thought I'd raise an issue to discuss potential design.
