Fixes the copyright notice in the footer which was broken with the theme updates.
We seem to use "Dask Developers" as a catchall term for all copyright holders, and then list individual copyright holders in the
LICENSEif they want to PR themselves in there. Following that approach here.pre-commit run --all-files
