If there aren't any known blockers, I'd like to release dask and distributed 2021.11.2 tomorrow. @fjetter mentioned that there are three PRs he's been working on (listed below) which resolve some known cluster deadlocking issues. I'll suggest we merge those in so they can be included in this release.

• Resolve KeyError-related deadlock distributed#5525
• Fix deadlock caused by an erred task (executing->cancelled->error) distributed#5503
• Refactor release key distributed#5507
