Adding network-specific logos.
Also updates the build configuration to support SVG imports as React components, enabling the use of SVG logos throughout the UI:
vite-plugin-svgrtopackage.jsonand the Vite config to enable importing SVG files as React components, which is required for the new logo functionality.
