MatKit-Image is a framework for image analysis. MatKit-Image is a set of powerful components and automation conventions in an easy to use graphical user interface. The goal of MatKit-Image is to quantify objects (such as cells) in one or hundreds of thousands of images across many scientific experiments. MatKit-Image offers tools for image segmentation object tracking, measurement, visualization and specialized analysis.
