Description
This PR updates the Terraform modules used to set up a demo cluster and adds optional support for an observability stack (Loki, Tempo, Pyroscope, Prometheus, and Grafana).
To make the observability stack more tangible, this PR also includes a simple Grafana dashboard for heimdall, focusing on memory, GC, and CPU usage. The dashboard is installed automatically as part of the observability stack.
For additional details, see the
README.mdin theexamples/kubernetesfolder.Note:
At the moment, the observability stack primarily focuses on analyzing heimdall-related metrics, traces, and profiling data.
Of the other components installed in the demo cluster, only Traefik is currently configured to emit OTEL traces that can be inspected through the stack.
Over time, additional components will be enabled and integrated. Contributions in this area are very welcome 🙂
