Describe the bug

When in Mgmt -> Channels -> Regions I have speecified the maximum amount of regions and want to add another, a misleading message saying "Invalid or duplicate" is displayed although it should saya "could not add - max. regions already reached" or so.

It took me a while to figure out that the issue just was that I reached the maximum number of entries.
