"Auto Retry" and "Auto Reset Path" seems not to be working. #214

Describe the bug

In "Mgmt" -> "Messages", there are the options

  • "Auto Retry" and
  • "Auto Reset Path".

I have both set to "Enabled".

They seem to be not working.

When I try to send a direct message to some contact where a path with x hops was previously negotiated, and now the contact is not reachable, I see no indication of re-trying (instead "Not Delivered" shows after not much time), and also after long time, the path is not reset to "Flood" but stays at x hops.
