Describe the bug

Once more, another "tapping-off-by-one" issue:

In "Mgmt" -> "Channels", since firmware version 0.9.12, when I want to edit channels (set scope, "Share" or "Del"), I have to press the corresponding buttons of the channel which are displayed below the channel I want to edit.

Furthermore, during this off-by-one bug I cannot edit the last channel.

See comment below: There seems to be a not displayed but touch-registering additional line to set default scope below the Region edit line.
