Describe the feature

Currently the page navigation feature has to be enabled by navigating to Menu -> Tools -> Frame navigation.
If one closes ImageGlass the setting is lost and has to be activated again.
Please make it possible to permanently enable the page/frame navigation, so one can easier navigate through images with more than one page.

How to use feature

1. Open ImageGlass
2. Enable frame navigation (either by a new menu behavior or by a new settings option)
3. Close ImageGlass
4. Reopen ImageGlass (frame navigation is still enabled)
