Basically the same steps to reproduce as #3072, just a subtle timing difference.

Steps to Reproduce

Press and hold a thought briefly before initiating a gesture.

You have to hold long enough to initiate the bullet highlight, but short enough to not activate drag-and-drop.

Current Behavior

Bullet is highlighted during gesture and Command Center opens when gesture completes.

Expected Behavior

Bullet should not be highlighted and Command Center should not open after gesture.
