Steps to Reproduce

2. Tap and hold a

Current Behavior

Nothing happens until the mouse moves.

Expected Behavior

The drag should be initiated and the drag controls should pop up on long tap, even if the mouse does not move.

If the page is refreshed the first long tap works as expected.
