Mobile: Scroll/gesture triggers cursorBack

Tested on iOS

May be related to #1029

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Create thought `a`
1. Scroll a small distance while on mobile and release the scroll with your finger on empty space. 

## Current Behavior

`cursorBack` is activated. 

## Expected Behavior

No gestures should be activated when scrolling.
