Curl-config outputs static libraries even when they are disabled in configure. This causes problems with the build of pycurl.

Curl-config outputs static libraries even when they are disabled in configure.
This causes problems with the build of pycurl.
Now it outputs the message "curl was built with static libraries disabled".
