Fluidsynth has recently been updated to version 2.0.0 with some API changes.

This breaks building csound 6.11.0:
csound6.11.0-fluidsynth2.0.txt

It would be awesome to find a fix for this soonish, as I'd like to pull up the fluidsynth version in the repositories.
