I've added @haarchri to the maintianers team in github. Since he's already on the CNCF project maintainers CSV and on the crossplane maintainers mailing list, I think he's got everything he needs permissions and comms wise 💪 |

Add @haarchri to maintainers.
Chris has been very active in the community for a long time, first as an end-user of Crossplane, then as a member of @upbound's solutions team, and most recently as a member of our Crossplane-focused software engineering team. He brings a bunch of end-user advocacy to the team and a strong drive to get things done. I think he'll make a great maintainer.
