Description
Get the plugin license straight away if the plugin is installed via CLI.
When checking if the plugin has a license key, in addition to checking if there's one in the database, check the project config too. This is so that the plugin’s license key doesn’t get changed when running
craft upwhenallowAdminChangesistrue.Related issues
