Current Behavior

In the use snippet dialog box, the items are ordered by case, while in settings it is not ordered by case.

Expected Behavior

It shouldn't be sorted by case, and if there are multiple words, there should be word matching instead of whole string matching.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Save some snippets in settings, with names in different case.
2. Press Ctrl + T in the editor.
3. Scroll and search using arrow keys.
