NETLINK_CONNECTOR doesn't work #2537

Issue Report
the netlink connector which is used to monitor process not working.
socket(PF_NETLINK, SOCK_DGRAM, NETLINK_CONNECTOR);
return everything OK. but cannot receive process events.
