First commit / mec setup running with some textures + correct scale + f64 pass on rendering assets in lfs. Merged sim and main project for simplicity Now the project has 3 output: normal, log reader and sim missing the removed crate pass on the sim for balancebot lfs crap lfs crap fox for tweaks in API.

Based on the sim bindings from the previous PR this is a rough virtual world and connection to copper sim with Bevy & Avian3d (resp. a rust game engine and a rust physics engine).
