Adds a more flexible way to compose copper configurations sub graphs and build missions (or think about modes) to have several graphs configured and a way to switch from one to another.
This is an intermediate PR maintaining backward compatibility but adding the notion of mission to the serialization / deserialization of the config + building of the dag.
