Needed for newer `passt` package in Debian. Previous `20230706t200047z-f38f37d13` images have an older `0.0~git20230309.7c7625d-1` version that doesn't pass podman CI. I'm told that we need `0.0~git20230625.32660ce-1` or later. Signed-off-by: Chris Evich <cevich@redhat.com>
