github.com/golang/protobuf has been superseded by google.golang.org/protobuf since March 2020. Since we already have 0.x releases for the old package, we don't have to support that in 1.x. https://go.dev/blog/protobuf-apiv2 Signed-off-by: Kazuyoshi Kato <kaz@fly.io>
