Since the TaskEvent is designed for shim.Task， but is current in the sandbox is used in many places.

There are currently two solutions mentioned, first record:

1. to extend the TaskExit with sandboxID here.
2. add a SandboxEvent designed for sandbox, and then make a unified replacement
