FLAKY: TestContentClient/ResumeCopy fails often with "unavailable" #5430
Description
This seems to be happening quite regularly, especially when run via vagrant (Fedora) on MacOS instances (our CGroups v2/SELinux testbed), as well as on Windows integration runs.
