containerd/cgroups 1.0.x is having v2 directory which makes importing github.com/containerd/cgroups/v2 ambiguous. So the gogo-less version will be v3 and we will skip v2. Signed-off-by: Kazuyoshi Kato <katokazu@amazon.com>
