Just wondering in your experience if you had any recommendations on tuning of the kafka cluster. We are currently running a RHEL 6, 3 host cluster with:
8 CPUS, 64GB Ram and 13TB disks, with 1GB Network.

We have not changed any of the default kafka config in terms of number of threads, etc. Are there any parameters on the broker side that you've seen improve performance and/or resiliency?
