My env

• concrete5 8.4.0RC2
  • Fresh install with Elemental Full
• Mac OS High Sierra
• Firefox latest version
• Valet 2.0.12 with PHP 7.1 & MariaDB 10.0.5

Steps to reproduce

• Create an express entity with image attribute
• Add the image attribute to Form control
• Try to add image to an entry via Express Dashboard
  • Open a file manager
  • Upload a new image
  • Upload completed
  • Close pop up window
• File Manager list didn’t get refreshed
• If i change sort it jun around pagination, the uploaded image shows up.

It could be file manager in specific.
