Add template playground server for changes in real time in templates to help designers to create the layout.

I have fixed the issues but there is one that is weird happening only on the 20.x, ubuntu latest: https://github.com/compodoc/compodoc/actions/runs/17210284863/job/48822418559?pr=1587

I miss to expose the SONAR_TOKEN to sonarcloud CLI in github actions config, fixed ✅
