As an administrator, I would like to be able to scrape the details for a story arc.

Prerequisites:

1. Story arcs can contain the list of series, volume and issues along with their reading order. #44

Preconditions

1. The user is on the story arc details page.

User Story

1. The user clicks the "Scrape" button.
2. The user selects one of the retrieved stories.

Postconditions

1. The details for the story are stored in the database.
