After reordering pages, recreating the comic loses that page order and falls back to the original in the file.

1. Go to a comic's details page.
2. Reorder the pages.
3. Save the ordering.
4. Recreating the file.
5. The original page ordering is returned.

Expected Behavior

1. The new page ordering is preserved.
2. The filename's are updated accordingly.
