After batch scraping a comic, the comic's state is not being set to CHANGED.

To Reproduce The Bug

1. Select one or more comics to batch scrape, ones that are in the STABLE state.
2. Batch scrape the comic(s).
3. The comic state is not updated to CHANGED.

Expected Behavior

1. the comic state should be updated to CHANGED.
