Describe The Bug
When purging comic books, parent-child relations are preventing the comics from removed from the database.

To Reproduce The Bug
Steps to reproduce the behavior. Please be as complete as possible and describe the exact steps and values used to cause the error:

1. Select some comic books.
2. Mark those comics for removing.
3. Start the purge process.
4. The Batch Processes page shows the process as failing.

Expected Behavior

1. The comic books should be removed from the database.
2. Any child record for the comic book should be removed automatically.
