Failing docker builds on merge to main #4950
Description
When merging to main, we have docker builds failing. This is caused by two issues.
(1) We updating the required Go version to 1.23.5, but the Docker image still has 1.23.1
(2) The QEMU segfault bug was making the E2E Docker build fail.
