Since Go v1.22 was released, in order to keep up with their maintained releases, we should bump the minimum Go version on a few of our release branches:

Remember to inform SDK and other users prior to bumping Go versions.

• chore: Bump minimum Go version on main and v1 to v1.22 #2726
• Decide what to do with older releases (v0.38, v0.37, v0.34). Open individual tasks if needed #2748
