We need to replace all in the documentation part references to "Tendermint Core", or references to "Tendermint" that refer to the software, to instead refer to "CometBFT".

We still need to refer to the consensus algorithm as "Tendermint" or "Tendermint consensus".

References in ADRs (/docs/architecture/adr-*) and RFCs (/docs/rfc/rfc-*) should be maintained, as they are historical records of changes. We should instead find a way to mark them as deprecated or something like that.

This also needs to be done across release branches:

• v0.34.x
• v0.37.x

This issue only relates to the /docs directory.
