We need to replace all references to "Tendermint Core", or references to "Tendermint" that refer to the software, to instead refer to "CometBFT".

We still need to refer to the consensus algorithm as "Tendermint" or "Tendermint consensus".

This also needs to be done across all release branches:

• v0.37.x
• v0.34.x

This issue only relates to the /spec directory.
