Currently, projects are broken down into tasks, but many individual tasks are still too complex to track with a single status. To solve this, I propose adding a Progress Tracking section within each task.
This section would include two key components:
Sub-Task Checklist: Allows a single task to be broken down further into smaller, checkable items. This provides an at-a-glance view of what's done and what's left.
Task Log / Comments: A running log where both humans and AI can add timestamped notes. This creates a clear history of actions, decisions, and context.
Goal: This feature will provide the necessary granularity to accurately monitor complex tasks, making it easier for anyone (human or AI) to understand the current state and resume work efficiently.
