Bug Description

I've been pulling my hair on why the every rag query returns an empty result. Naturally I figured the crawler doesn't work, then I figured that the entire Archon OS doesn't work. Then I uploaded some files directly to supabase and tried to rag them through the supabase mcp. After about 90 minutes of angry prompting it hit me - the stupid Open AI key doesn't have credits.

I think it's good to include such errors in your logs
