Bug Description

I’m unable to permanently remove the documents. When I delete them, they initially disappear, but after refreshing the page they reappear. I also attempted to delete the documents directly from Supabase, and while they no longer appear in Supabase, they still reappear on the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on the "Docs" tab
2. Delete some docs
3. Refresh the page
4. They appear again
5. Remove the docs from supabase
6. The docs are still there, also after refresh

Expected Behavior

That the docs are completely removed

Actual Behavior

The documents are not being removed and continue to reappear. I also tested in incognito mode to rule out any cache or cookie issues, but the same problem persists.
