I installed v1.2.4 (on Linux and Windows) and couldn't find my stations with the provided configuration. The issue was that countries, tags and languages are not set to their defaults. I think it's useful to change them to their defaults (as given in the description above the parameter).
On the positive side, I can confirm YTuner work in combination with my Denon AVR-X1000.
